RecommendedBremer family wines was one of our favorite vineyards when we visited Napa! Douglas and staff did a great job explaining all the wines and the process behind them. One wine tasted better than the next! Nothing is spared in the process from start to release!
We absolutely adored Douglas. He was so educated and intelligent when it comes to wines. We hung on every word he spoke and were blown away by his stories and what he taught us about wine. Needless to say our group spent hundreds on wines. Thank you for such a memorable experience.
We love Bremer. We’ve been enjoying Bremer wine for years. They make amazing approachable wines that they don’t release too young. Their Howell mountain cab is one of the best values on Howell mountains still coming in under the Hundred dollar mark in one of the premier wine growing appellation in Napa valley. We have always been treated extremely well. They have a low key and down to earth service. We usually sit at a picnic table unless it’s pouring rain and then we taste inside or in the wine caves. Wonderful wine, especially the merlot.Knowledgable and extremely friendly staff. Was even able to meet their winemaker, tour their wine cave, and walked their beautiful grounds.

We recently moved to Angwin and stopped at Bremer Family Winery on a whim to celebrate. It is one of the most informative wine tastings I have ever been to. Douglas is knowledgeable, funny, and a great storyteller. Their wine making process is different than what I have heard of before, which makes for some really good wine! If you're in Napa and want to visit a Howell Mountain winery, I definitely recommend this one.

Family operated wineries often offer the best, most informative and personal experience.... this was just wonderful, learned so much from our host, really enjoyed the conversation, wine and tour... so much so I forgot we weren’t there for the evening and didn’t want to leave 🍷
