My fiancé and I went down here to cash a check, and as soon as we walk in, someone greeted us and started helping. We got someone in training, but he was amazing. Very helpful, and when he had a question Jennie came over and helped. She even helped us set up an account for him. Great staff, great building (very clean and kept up well), just overall best bank experience I’ve ever had.

I came to this branch of Bremer with a fairly complicated request. I was pleasantly greeted immediately and within a short time, an associate was assisting me. Complete details to fulfill my request were in my email inbox within an hour! Olivia provided excellent customer service. I have been to many different Bremer Bank locations and I was extremely pleased with my experience at this particular branch.
