I was awarded an urban farming grant and wanted to cash it, so I took it here, the bank that issued the check. The tender was not equipped, so they called the manager over. He then proceeds to treat me horribly; full of suspicion, and accusatory and aggressive words. He said had never seen this type of check before and after explaining it to him in three different ways, he still didn't understand and insisted I was doing something wrong.
