I was at Bremer. Old national took it over. I bounced a check. Ok. They charged me, but sent the notice via snail mail. It arrived several days later, giving me ample opportunity to write more checks. Which would have bounced. My other bank, first national, would just call and tell me to come in and cover it. No charge. Old national also charges 6.95 a month to maintain your account and three dollars for a paper statement. Not only that, but I closed my account. Done. Savings accounts and checking disappearing with no answers. This place is a joke.
I was a long time customer for Bremer Bank, so when Old National took over I thought I would give them a chance. I even got a credit card through them. Let me start off by saying the staff at the Baxter and Brainerd location is wonderful! But Old National itself is a joke. They do not run things at all like Bremer did. They function like a corporate bank where you are just a number. They have fees for everything!!! I have never had a problem with Bremer like I have had so far with ONB. I have already closed two of my account... read more
