I was a long time customer for Bremer Bank, so when Old National took over I thought I would give them a chance. I even got a credit card through them. Let me start off by saying the staff at the Baxter and Brainerd location is wonderful! But Old National itself is a joke. They do not run things at all like Bremer did. They function like a corporate bank where you are just a number. They have fees for everything!!! I have never had a problem with Bremer like I have had so far with ONB. Get your money out while you can
Some of the people that work here awesome and treat you like a small town bank as others have said. However, sometimes if you come in through the lobby you may wait a while with only one teller in the lobby while others are doing different things which seems to be pretty common as of lately. Not to mention, Michelle that works there isn’t the friendliest person to do deal.
