Overall, I haven’t had the best experience with ONB, but this location has been positive! Haley was incredibly helpful and took the initiative to find answers and figure out a solution to my problem. She took the lead throughout the process, which made everything feel stress-free and took the pressure off me. I’m very grateful for her help, her follow-through, and making sure my issue was resolved. Thank you, Haley!

Never get a mortgage through this bank. Absolutely the worst appraisers on the planet. Closing has been pushed back MONTHS because of them. Communication is terrible. Don't even consider this bank.
I have never experienced such poor customer service! LAURA SCHLAGEL is the bank manager who I spoke with and she was unwilling to work with us for a $30 error!! I was recently in a serious accident and I wrote a check from the wrong account. You can’t forgive $30, are you not human? I can’t imagine why anyone would do business with her or this bank. I will make sure that everyone in this small town knows about how poor they treat people and to take their business elsewhere!
I was at Bremer. Old national took it over. I bounced a check. Ok. They charged me, but sent the notice via snail mail. It arrived several days later, giving me ample opportunity to write more checks. Which would have bounced. My other bank, first national, would just call and tell me to come in and cover it. No charge. Old national also charges 6.95 a month to maintain your account and three dollars for a paper statement. Not only that, but I closed my account. Done.
