Drive-up teller's are so lazy they can't even write an amount on a deposit slip for you. Eyota office is amazing, very friendly, very welcoming and they will write on a deposit slip for you.
I have never been treated the way I was treated today by a teller. The bank (1625 US-14) branch has zero customer service. I came in to cash my payroll check to be told by the teller she “needed” to verify my employment. I am on the account because I have a business check card which is through my employer, through this bank. I have cashed a total of 6 checks at this location and have NEVER been told this before. She then proceeded to tell my boss that she needed verification because of the amount of the check ($1022.00)?? Sh... read more
