Always friendly and helpful staff. All I expect from a bank is making sure I have access to my money and short wait times. If I were to rate the banking policies I would rate it a 2.5. Too many fees and an inflexible overdraft practice. Seriously thinking about banking elsewhere.
Came in to this Eden Prairie branch due to it being the closest branch to my home (40miles away). I arrived to find no employees here eligible to sign an insurance check that I needed deposited into my account. This resulted with me driving even further from my residence to another branch. When I arrived at the Edina location I waited 43 mins for an eligible employee to become available to sign the check.
