If I could give 0 stars I would!! Recently the entire storage facility I rent from was broken into. I can't get them to care. They only care about their money. I have yet to hear from the owner and the office staff will not give me his number or return my calls! Don't waste you time here. Our unit was locked the crooks cut out lock and put on theirs so they can come and go as they pleased. There's no onsite office at this facility and only 1 camera that I doubt even works! I rented a unit for over 8 years and recently had a break in and all my personal belongings was stolen. The storage complex continues to get worse with empty units dirt and not cleaned out from tenants that have moved out. My unit was locked and crooks cut the locks off and then removed the latch and no one there to stop them. Owner will not return my call and they called me trying to collect month fee for my storage unit even though all me stuff was recently stolen!
