Excellent work and team
Stay away from this contractor! Like many other homeowners, we embarked on a house renovation project during the pandemic. Mauricio was the only contractor we could find. The biggest part of the job was the renovation of two bathrooms. Both projects encountered many hiccups during the renovation. However, the worst issues emerged about 2-3 years after the renovation. They removed a wooden bar, that had a sink and electric wiring. They did a great job and left everything clean and sealed. I'm happy with the work performed. They were fast too.
I hired Mauricio to have the exterior of my house painted. He was responsive to my requests, got the job done quickly, and it came out beautiful! I am so happy with how it turned out. We will be using Brennan Home Improvement again!
Unqualified to do any job. From tiles to furnace, to all windows being wrong (all of them loose) and not insulated like the pictures show. Does not answer the phone for nothing in the world. Seeing the condos collapsed in Miami was a reminder that careless contractors could ruin anyone’s life. Stay away from his services until his license (if any) is revoked.
