Richard was very thorough and explained the operation of my gas fireplace of which I had no experience with. A very pleasant experience and I feel comfortable using my fireplace now.
My technician was Rick and the service was excellent. He was very helpful to meet my schedule and was very efficient and fixed the problem with my gas logs quickly. Also took great care with keeping everything clean and was so cordial. They called me the day before to confirm appointment and I appreciate such good service!!
The technician was very nice but our problem was not resolved heat stopped working again . Called this morning and said they couldn’t send someone back out there until the 29th !! Our heat is not working. Do not use this company.
My Heat Pump was not working. The technician looked at the unit and said the problem was electrical. Bremac gave me the number of an electrician who never returned my call. I found an electrician who told me the problem was the compressor not electrical. Being a former business owner, I called to express my dissatisfaction. Took forever to have someone come out to give me an estimate on replacing a set of existing gas logs. Technician that came out was nice but I never received an estimate despite several calls to the office. I always thought businesses were open to make money, I told them I had cash in my budget to do the work and was interested in doing the work as soon as possible.
