Very undependable I was prescribed by the doctor, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and physical therapy. I only received the nurse coming by when I called the office to find out why they said they don’t have anyone that could come to my area. They never returned phone calls as promised and every time I call and complain I get the same story. I’m so sorry and we will address the issue. I was discharged from the hospital with a picc line that needed dressing changes and not only did I never hear from the company about arranging visits - despite calling daily - but when they did show up, they didn't give me a heads up/warning so I was at a doctor's appointment and I missed them completely. They called me angry that I wasn't there but I literally never heard from them to set it up? I asked them to come back the next day, they NEVER CAME. I called incredibly upset and they said sorry, the nurse is too far away... read more
