Pros: Services I received today where mostly as advertised. The technician did a thorough job of cleaning the vents (HVAC/dryer) and provided before and after pictures from a few intake vents well (the difference was very evident). Cons: One advertised item that was not delivered, was the "complimentary video inspection". In addition, I needed to do a little light vacuuming to clean up around the vents afterward the technician left.
