Love this property management! Super professional and nice
The absolute worst!!! They fired a friendly, spectacular, and professional manager from the 1300 Pioneer Avenue apartment complex just to hire one that is NEVER EVER HOME!!!! Doesn’t even know what she’s doing, seriously!!! And several tenants, specifically 1, 17, and 20 are loud and obnoxious after 10 pm yet NOTHING is done about it!! I lived in a home managed by Brekke for 4 years. The company was very professional and responsive. They promptly did any repairs that needed to be done and performed maintenance regularly. I could not be happier with my experience with this company and strongly recommend them to prospective tenants. Shout out to Ashley for being very friendly and helpful and always quick to respond to calls and emails.

Poor management. They harass you until you want to move out of the apartments they are managing. Zero communication skills with the tenants. I’d take my business somewhere else.
