Poor management. They harass you until you want to move out of the apartments they are managing. Zero communication skills with the tenants. I’d take my business somewhere else.

Was going through them for a rental, paid application fees, gave them way more than was needed by request, the day before it was to be sent off to the landlord whoever was in charge quit or got fired, now suddenly I am told "oh it got rented out, we didn't get a chance to look at your application." With a non-refundable application fee of $40 per person over the age of 18 that will be living in the rental.

If I could give -5 stars, that still wouldn’t be enough. They are nice enough while you’re a tenant but once you move out it’s a completely different story. I lived in one of their units for a year, I left it in better condition than when I moved in. The apartment smelled of mildew and had stray cats galore, so I couldn’t even let mine outside.
