I've owned Breitling watches since 2007. First one I ever bought was commemorate me getting my private pilot license. I wore that watch plus many others over the past 18 years and never once had it serviced, cleaned, adjusted, or polished. This year, I decided to have the watch serviced and the crystal replaced. Customer non service …not open to the public in Wilton any longer. What a missed opportunity with your customers! Wish it noted that on the website begin we made the drive.
My Breitling A3534012/B554 suddenly stopped working and showed visible moisture inside the case—a serious failure in any watch, let alone one marketed as a premium Swiss timepiece. After submitting it for service at the Short Hills Boutique, I was quoted nearly $4,000 to repair the damage—almost the original purchase price.
