It's hard to make me write a bad review, but dealing with Breitling USA has inspired a review. I dropped my Navitimer from about 3 feet and broke the crystal. Although the watch is still under warranty, I expected to pay. To have the crystal replaced and the watched serviced I am looking to pay over $1,200 USD!!! This is not including the "recommend", replacement of the "blemished flange". This is way too much to pay for a repair and a new $8,000. I will not be buying anything from this company ever again.
Sent over my 2022 Navitimer for repairs. Took it to my local Breitling boutique on March 9, 2025 and on April 28, 2025 it was done! I was told it would be ready by July 2025. The service was not only top notch but expedited! Thank you!
This is my first time dealing with such an unprofessional company—especially one with such a well-known name. I honestly wonder how they are still in business and who is overseeing this mess. They clearly have no idea how to handle issues related to their defective, poor-quality products—which, by the way, are outrageously overpriced. They don’t respond to emails, they don’t return phone calls, and their customer service is nonexistent. This company needs serious reform—or to be shut down altogether.
