There's a new property manager and she is wonderful. I moved in recently and I've been very pleased with everything. My apartment looked brand new when I moved in despite these being historic buildings. The neighborhood is vivid and thriving! I couldn't be happier to live here.
Lived here for over a year and had mixed results with the last manager, but this new lady Christa is absolutely amazing, quick response to maintenance requests and super honest with each situation. Plus they have a professional GM for Pathfinder and D&D that they pay to host games twice a month for the tenants free of charge, with pool party's and the amazing and inclusive community we have here it's beautiful. there may be a lot of construction going on right now but I'm exited to see how it looks when they're done.
