I'm so happy here. I fell in love with this property walking by one afternoon following a lunch event in the Paseo. The Spanish style buildings, the Italian pine trees, the wide, green lawn, and the pretty iron gating looked so inviting! It has now been a couple of years. This is a great community. Lots of dog lovers! There are artists, attorneys, musicians, health care professionals, business people, and tech and construction pros here. It took me no time to get to know most of my neighbors. Terrible people and a Terrible place. Don't move here , save your money . There are better places .
It has been about a year since i’ve signed my lease and I plan on renewing because living here has been so great- the interior of the apartments are very nice, modern and high quality but without the crazy high quality prices you know what I mean… and the service here is excellent Christa is always very attentive and helpful and maintenance is always very quick and reliable- also I feel like the apartments are insulated very well so your electric bill isn’t going to be crazy expensive and I never have to worry about my packa... read more
