Never spoke to someone so blatantly rude for absolutely no reason, cutting me off with very little detail about case, not letting me get a word in without making insane assumptions without knowing all of the legal steps documented, proven and taken since case started. You can respectfully decline a case, but be a better human. Victim blaming is shameful, and there are laws for not only tenants rights but habitability you should probably brush up on. He told us he believed it a good case, to leave our documents and give him check for $800.00 retainer and come back in 1 week for his plan. We got to his office, 1 week later, to find him just looking at a few of our documents.
