Never spoke to someone so blatantly rude for absolutely no reason, cutting me off with very little detail about case, not letting me get a word in without making insane assumptions without knowing all of the legal steps documented, proven and taken since case started. You can respectfully decline a case, but be a better human. Victim blaming is shameful, and there are laws for not only tenants rights but habitability you should probably brush up on.
