I contracted Brehm to totally rehab my one bedroom co-op in Tudor City. The building dates back to 1925 and my unit was dated, dowdy and depressing. In a preliminary conference with Edgard Altuzarra of Brehm, I told him I wanted something "Classic, yet modern with high end finishes, a contemporary kitchen and fabulous marble bathroom."
