Kevin seems to busy managing all his online Pulaski chat pages to actually work on his business! We met with Kevin and his wife on 2/5/24 to go over all the specific aspects of our build for the plans he had been sent previously. This build has an estimated budget of $550-600K. At that time, he stated it would be 3-4 weeks to get us our bid. On 2/7, he texted asking who else we were getting quotes from. Kevin with Brefco Builders was so great to work with and delivered an excellent end product. We were relocating and he was able to fit us in for our contracting work and always took the time to make sure that our needs were met. He went above and beyond in delivering the service we were looking for and at an affordable rate with no surprises. I cannot recommend Brefco enough and will be coming back to them for our future needs.
