We had this company replace our old duct under our house last year. From the minute they showed up they had 100 excuses why they couldn’t finish the job and wouldn’t be back until over 3 months later. I was just under the house today and they didn’t strap the ducts up and they are sagging on the ground and there is one duct that is still original that they didn’t even replace.
