I’ll let the pictures speak for themselves. One week at Breezyacres and this beautiful pedigree Bernese Mountain dog came away looking like he had been neglected for a year. Cost over $500 with groomers and vets just attempting to put him back into normal condition. Feces,urine, infections, matted air on every inch that touched the filthy ground. Such regret I let my better instincts not know this would happen. Everything documented and factual. Considering further action.
Brought my beautiful Berner over to them and after I got him back home after a weeks stay he was a complete mess! Limping and smelling of urine and feces. Legs, front chest and hind area were both dirty and completely matted. Set up grooming that will cost me $200 just to get him in the shape he was before boarding.
