What would we do without these guys! I'm not even a great client but they test my water on the spot and for free. Always lots of staff so they take their time explaining pool chemistry. They print out instructions and highlight the important stuff so you don't mix chemicals and kill yourself. They package everything safely and separately and carry it out to your car. The last time I used them, I needed a gasket for my filter. They said it would have to be ordered and would arrive in a week. I gave them my phone number and I stressed that it was very important that I had it in a week because my house was going up for sale and I needed the filter functional so the pool would look presentable for showings and pictures. Breezewood Pools has been great to deal with, from the opening of the pool, monthly water testing, closing of the pool, cover purchase, communication and trouble shooting. The team members are polite and knowledgeable, emails are answered promptly and they always show up in timely manner to help resolve all my pool issues.
Always have what I need and for great prices. Also the staff is always super friendly and helpful.
