This community has surely came a long way over the last three years. Trisha's residences well-being and living situations are her frist priority.
I have been a tenant at Breezewood mobile home park since 2016. Trish is has been the best property manager that we have had in this park since I have lived here. She always takes time to explain things that we need to do or what we need to do to help Keep the park clean and from getting rundown, she always stops and talks to me and her door is always open to listen and is willing to spend time talking about concerns or issues that might be going on in the park. We are having a good experience at this mobile park, especially the manager Tricia is great person to work with, she is very pleasant to talk to and she gets things done around here for sure....we enjoy being here!!!
