I booked a spot in April for this winter, I called several times throughout the summer to confirm I had a spot. When I called about a month ago he confirmed it once again and told me to give him a heads up when I got close. Yesterday I called to let him know I was a day out and this morning...when I'm two hours away and 1500 miles from home, his secretary calls to say he gave it away...I have no spot. Sheldon....you suck.
