if all you're doing.is rinsing dust off the sides it's fine, but it doesnt clean any bugs/road grime and won't clean your front end or tailgate

The car in front of me fell off the tracks. I don’t know if she stepped on her breaks or she didn’t get on correctly but it ended up where my car hit hers because I was behind her and the car wash was still going. They eventually turned the whole thing off. The front of my car got messed up and they told us that we have too go threw our car insurances because it’s public property so they have nothing too do with it.
