Took my 2020 SUV through the wash on 35th Ave almost two weeks ago and it ripped the cover to my gas tank off. I filed a report and have been waiting for a call from a manager or owner since that day. I got a call on Monday saying someone would be calling Tues or Wed. Still no call. I have been a monthly member with them for years and I’m disappointed in the accountability of this company.
