Shady membership renewal policies. Also, you can only converse with AI when you call the company. They say they will have a person call you back, but they never do.

No microfiber towels present. The “free shams” are terrible, subject to the weather as they are left out in the open making them useless after a storm and will leave scratches after they dry out and harden. Only one attachment for the vacuums. The attachment is big and bulky and makes it hard to get into tight areas inside your vehicle. Lack of compressed air at vacuum which is a standard at most modern car washes such as cobblestone and quick quack. Price isn’t terrible but should be lower due to the lack of amenities.
