I paid $10 for a basic car wash today and the wash cycle barely ran. It looked like the equipment was not fully turned on or the cycle was shortened. When I brought it to the attendant’s attention and asked if they could simply run the wash again, they refused. Instead, they repeatedly tried to get me to sign up for their $15/month membership. I like that the car wash is belt driven and there is no chance of running into another vehicle because they stepped on their brake.
Excellent as always
They told me that they have canceled my membership but they didn’t and I got charged again next month.
