I came out of my way for a consult and clearly explained to her what I wanted. She started accusing me of “talking” different and went on about how I should speak to the last person who did my hair. THEN started mumbling about e transfers which I had NO idea what she was trying to articulate. She was rude, unprofessional and showed a blatant disregard for my time.
