SUPER fast response! I wasn't home....Casey and Paul were both great about communicating. Had me fixed up in less than 24 hrs after my call. Found my go-to pool repair!
This company was amazing. We were referred to this company from our home warranty for a second look at our salt cell that Upland Pool supply had installed. That company had installed a cheap pentair knock off salt cell but kept saying it was working when my pool had 0 chlorine. When Paul came to the house he saw the cheap salt cell and immediately said it was no good. Filed the report with Old republic and they approved him to come back out and replace the faulty cell. Quick response, amazing service and friendly.
Pentair has Breeze Pool Service listed as an authorized provider for the Murrieta area, Paul the owner responded to my voicemail within two hours on a Wednesday afternoon, found time to make an equipment assessment on Thursday and then provided the repair and upgrade on Friday all in the same week - amazing responsiveness and outstanding customer service. Breeze Pool Service will be my only go to going forward.
They don't respond to voicemails or email requests. I'll be notifying Hayward that this place should be removed from "platinum authorized service center". As a business owner I'm embarrassed on your behalf.
