Got my prom dresses here years ago and the owner still remembers me every time I go in! Also, I noticed that a button was loose on a dress I wanted and she fixed it right on the spot! Love this store!
The only reason this store is getting one star is because the dress was very pretty! To bad my daughter can't wear it because THEY ordered it 4 sizes to big. Wow! Over $400 down the toilet! Then wanted $45 for shipping to order another one! Really! Maybe have the individual measuring receive some much needed training. Maybe that individual should pay the $45!
I had a great experience buying my wedding dress with Kendra! She was attentive, bubbly, and made the whole experience exciting! I would recommend her to anyone looking to find their perfect dress. :)
