This "Community" royally blows, technically you can't even call it a Community because they don't allow any outside activities like cookouts and get togethers. They buy cheap and then sell to others for 3x the price they paid, unhonest, unfriendly. However, the people in the park are all great. THE OWNERS ARENT WORTH LIVING UNDER. I lived there years before they bought the park and was a lot happier before they got it.
The repairs and renovations taking place here recently are making a HUGE difference. I can confidently say that the recent change in ownership has brought about a transformation that exceeds all expectations. Under new management, this community has truly upgraded its appearance!!
