I contacted Peter for a second quote and I wish he was the first one i contacted. There are so many dishonest tradesman out there and if it wasn’t for Peter and his expertise i would have been out of pocket over 10k. Very good person to deal with and honest. It’s hard to find genuine people like him these days. My heating is finally working again!
Run Run Run, Prod took money, wouldn’t refund and left a elderly lady with no cooling and had to be fixed by a professional which he couldn’t do.
Absolutely deplorable!!! Avoid this company, Prod had no intention to fix our elderly family members cooling system, he actually asked for cash (which unfortunately she paid upfront) and pretended to go get a part and did not come back until we had chased him down over several days and told him we were reporting him to the ACCC , which we are in the process of doing. This business and Prod are nothing but shonky tradesmen that obviously have no idea how to fix heating/cooling systems and are only in this to rip customers off... read more
Our heater had a faulty part. It took literally a few seconds for Proddut to figure it out. After replacing it, the heater is back to work again. Thank you very much Proddut, you are a true expert in maintaining and fixing the Stadt heaters!
