They called me every couple months or so. They remind me of the typical phone scammer, calling from a spoofed local number. They ask me to identify myself multiple times while not identifying themselves. They immediately go into a pitch when all I asked was who's calling. When I inform them they I'm not interested, instead of apologizing and informing me that they'll take me off their list, they just hang up.
Awesome customer service! Very pleased with how my loan was handled. Thank you to John and Jamielee they were awesome. Kept us informed of how our loan was going.
