I had mixed experiences with Breeze Easy. Brian was friendly and helpful during the quoting process, answered my technical questions, and the radiant heating system they ultimately installed is working well. Unfortunately, there were several significant issues with the overall project and particularly with the post-installation service. So far my interaction has been limited to an on -site survey so that a quote can be created for a mini-split install. Abel showed up the evening I called. He showed up on-time, was really pleasant to talk too, he was a good listener and struck me as a hardworking, knowledgeable individual.
The serviceman was efficient, documented everything he did. He got it working but said it was only temporary. He was very polite and very professional.
