Do not go! Do not consider them! Stay away! First off you pay to have two checkups a year but when you go in for your semi-annual appointment and they schedule your next appointment you are nine months out months out. My last visit was March 17th and my next appointment could not be scheduled earlier than December 4th. Their logic is that they are still seeing me twice in one year but that will not be true as the delays have become longer. Horrible Customer Service and scheduling policy. I had a new patient appointment that I missed because I had been fasting during the holy month of ramadan. I called to reschedule the appointment and explained my situation and reason of missing the appointment. They were not able to understand that and refused to re-schedule the appointment. As a matter of fact, they actually sent me a message to call them to re-schedule but refused to do it when I called. I have nothing to say but great things about this place. I am normally anxiety-filled when it comes to the dentist because of trauma from past visits at other places, the sounds of drilling, and the scrapping of the tooth. HOWEVER, Breeze is amazing! The front staff is very friendly and smiling so it eases my anxiety. Now, I had to go in for cavity fillings and my doctor - NADIA ATA is amazing for someone who has anxiety. She works with you well. She lets you listen to your headphones or whatever to make yourself comfortable... read more
