Hypnobirthing classes with Jane were fantastic, gave us the tools to go into labour with confidence and positivity. They also gave me a real focus in the lead up to labour keeping very calm and relaxed. I could focus on breathing techniques and how to zone out when needed. Although labour did not go to any plan I found the Hypnobirthing techniques particularly helpful in the early stages. Couldn’t reccomend Jane enough. She taugh us so much in hypnotherapy as well as being invaluable during our birth! Not quite sure how I would have got through the last stages of my pregnancy and deffinatly our birth without having her support my partner and I. Thank you so much.

Jane was amazing from the moment I contacted her regarding the course. I have a 11year old son already and had experienced a difficult labour with him. So I wanted to try hypnobirthing. Jane was fantastic and helped me and my birthing partner understand the calming teqniques and to reassure me. when I went into labour I was calm relaxed and enjoyed every minute of it. Honestly can't thank her enough. People always comment on how calm and relaxed my little girl is aswell.

I feel so lucky that I stumbled across Breeze Birthing and lovely Jane when I was pregnant with my first daughter. The hypnobirthing classes we attended were really informative, relaxing and interesting and allowed me to approach birth with excitement rather than fear. Jane has now supported us to prepare for the births of two children and I will definitely be calling on her again if I have a third. 100% recommended!
