Worst experience I’ve ever had at there crystal lake location staff is super disrespectful and not trained I had a cabin air filter replaced and they dropped all the leaves etc into my blower motor so now my ac when it’s on shakes my car they’re refusing giving me a refund and refusing to fix it SUPER DISAPPOINTED AND MAD.
I recently was traveling and my oil light came on. I exited I10 on Lee Trevino St. and saw Lube 'n Go, concerned about the condition of my vehicle. I pulled in and talked with the manager, Ray Rojas. Mr. Rojas saw that my vehicle was due (over due) for an oil change and that it was also beneficial to get an oil system cleaner in addition to the oil change. 25 minutes later I was on the road, feeling confident that my vehicle was well serviced.
