Would not recommend this company now. We have used Breeze for many years having our air conditioner regularly serviced by them. However we started loosing confidence in them recently. But still, being loyal, when their service man informed us that our unit needed to be replaced I asked for an immediate quote due to the cold weather. They hadn’t been forthcoming with a quote so I called another company for a quote. The new company came to quote a new unit but fixed the problem with our system in 1/2 hour!!! AVOID! This organisation helps slumlords with fake AC reports for NCAT.
Excellent service. Very honest. I ask for service and clean. The technician offer to do the service first because there is no point in cleaning if the air cond have other problems. All good. Air Cond was checked and cleaned well. Allergens build up over time and the amount of money spent to service a d clean will mean cleaner air and a working unit as we head into summer. Price charge is very fair.

The technician installed a new smart, thermostat, and ensured every component was operational before finishing. He was friendly, polite, efficient and knowledgeable.
