Touch screen unit stopped working, luckily they sent out a technician to replace it just before the warranty expired (1 week prior to the 5 years) Technician performed "a service" on the roof unit while there and now the house is completely humid when it is on and water runs continuously out of the outlet pipe. They won't fix because it's "out of warranty now" and are somehow saying that they technician "didn't service" the unit ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Terrible.
Terrible technicians. No integrity. Came and charged me 1k for a part. Unit still doesn't work. Comes back a week later and charges me another 1k. Has the nerve to tell me that things went wrong in the time he left even though it's working the same way as after he fixed it last. Absolutely disgusted. Asked for a quote and said I'll call the office. The blokes drove of without letting me know. Waited 25 mins for them and when I went out to check, saw that they were gone.
