Very nice! This is the only 24 hour gym I have found in the area. The owner now gives you key cards which you can swipe to enter the building to work out at any time of day or night. It is fully equipped with bikes, treadmills, ellipticals, a full circuit of machines for men and also a women's only room with a full circuit designed for women! It's a casual atmosphere with a neighborhood like feeling and I feel very welcome there!

fitness center nice place to sign up the whole family for a 24 hour, 7 days a week work out. When a member, the owner will give out keys to the member and he/she can work out when wanted.

Great local gym. I live in Boston. But when I am in the area visiting family, BUFF is very accomdating to my fitness needs. For the last couple of years, the owner has allowed me to "borrow" the gym for small time periods without making me pay for a full membership. I would recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a full relaxing workout at a good price!
