Ian Breese does not gurantee his work! The toilet he installed has leaked causing the closet ceiling below it to collapse, and 6 weeks after painting my deck with his preferred paint (over my requested paint), the deck is peeling. Ian is not willing to take responsibility for his actions. Very, very disappointed.
Ian was neat and efficient. He was awesome with helping us pick out colors to paint the interior of our home. We can't wait to use his services again.
