Very easy to deal with. Super prompt with email messages. She even personally dropped my cart off at 7:30 in the morning at our camp site. Cart was scheduled for 9:30 so she showed up super early for us. I would use her service again.
There are only 2 cart rentals on the island so I guess they don't have to try very hard. Our cart showed up broken and over and hour late. If you keep the cart late, you get charged $55. So I expressed my dissatisfaction, 5 days and 4 emails later I was offered a 10% refund...$7. Which I never received. So just keep the $7. I don't want it. Also, you might want to know. All of the carts are gas powered, which makes them ridiculously loud, like a lawnmower.
Very courteous and accommodating. Not only did they drop off our rental to us but they also picked it up allowing us to concentrate on our return trip home.
Great people with good dependable carts. We go to Tybee 2-5 times a year and always have used their carts for the last 3 -4 years. Never had any issues or problems and if there was they were right there to ensure everything was taken care of always.
