After over 40 years of renting vacation homes in Cambria my wife and I wanted to celebrate our 60th wedding date where we celebrated our 50th. We used Breen for the first time. The house had great location. But there were some issues. There were little critters running around at at night under the stove and the plumbing was an issue. We have dealt with Breen for the past 3 years now for our annual house rental on the bluff. Never met Mr Breen but have only dealt with Jackie and Haleigh, both whom are great to work with. Going to contact them soon for next summer.

We recently purchased a home in Cambria and are so glad we dodge the bullet and did not end up working with Richard Breen. After we purchased our home we found out just the reputation Mr. Breen has for being untrustworthy and misleading. I would highly recommend any buyer that is working with Breen as a realtor do their due diligence thoroughly. We have a water Moratorium. If anyone tries and tells you there are "buildable lots" or grandfathered waitlist... I would highly recommend you spending some time and researching the ... read more
