Tried to set up a propane tank at KOA for a 4 month stay and was told they just stopped doing it.
I honestly CANNOT SAY ENOUGH positive things about The staff at Breen oil! From the gals answering the phones to the folks in the field! I have been a customer for over 2 decades We have had a handful of emergencies in that time. All emergencies in negative temps, I would recommend this business 💯 %!! Special, thanks to the after hour on call, guys!
I would like to give a special thanks to Randy, Donny and all of the on call service people. They always answer atfer hrs no matter the time no matter how cold out, they still pick up that phone! The wind chill was - 40 last night and Randy worked into the early morning hours to get our heat back up and going!
Edit: This is the reason Google reviews exists! The owner of this company reached out to me, and we were able to discuss the situation and come to an understanding that was mutually agreeable! Well I still feel the office staff probably has a little work to do (as do we all), I totally understand the situation at this point, and I’m more than willing to give Breen oil another chance to earn our business! A few years back in 2021 we had moved off our property and had a 0 balance plus 120 gallons in the propane tank. We get a letter for over $300.00. When I called then they said we were on an autofill.... After explaining that we were not ever on an autofill due to financial issues, they came back and claimed that due to an upcoming price increase they went around and did fills to all their customers. I explained our financial situation and they said they would work with us. I sent money when I could. I find out the other day ... read more
