I have bought and sold four house with this office, they are pacient and thorough. I highly recomend them!
Had to get a form signed It was done fast and it was cheaper then everyone else around
BEWARE of this place. We were quoted an amount that was four times less than what we had to pay in the end. We had in writing the quoted amount and then the summary of funds came in at such a high amount that we questioned it with the law clerk and it turns out that there was an error in the invoice and they corrected it. We still had to pay an astronomical amount for their 'services', even though the majority of the services were outsourced to a different firm with clerks that aren't even employed by Breen Law.
