Jim came out to our home to address ongoing ice dam issues. He spent over three hours investigating the problem before discussing his findings with us. When he discussed the solutions he went into very specific detail not only on what he planned to do but why it had to be done. As a home owner this type of honesty is very refreshing. We recently had Jim spray foam our attic (with knee walls), and the results have been incredible. Our furnace has been broken for almost two months, yet our fireplace alone has kept the entire house warm and cozy.
