My recent experience at the Breeden Service Department was a mixed bag. On the plus side, the staff was friendly and I appreciated that they were able to accommodate me as a walk-in, even though they were clearly busy. I understand that a full-service check takes time, and the 2-hour wait was reasonable under the circumstances. However, I was disappointed that they failed to change the air filter in my truck. Man called them 10 time every time got put on hold by the manager or they didn’t answer the phone
I've brought my 2023 Challenger 392 Shakedown on two separate occasions. Both times I've had Jason Nichols as a service advisor and he is awesome! If you come here, ask for him.
Don't bring your vehicle here for service unless you want to leave it for days!!!! And don't expect any communication from them. You have to make an appointment 6 weeks+ out to even get it in to be looked at.
