I live in the Richmond Family 1 & 2 community. I looked up who handled the revitalization and this company came up. The apartments are poorly reconstructed. From the flooding in the front and back of my unit when it rains to the paint coming off the walls from anything that touches it. My washer doesn't work and management said that it is a construction issue. They have multiple units with the same issue.
