Don't waste your time. At first glance, the apartment complex is small and looks quaint and quiet. Neighbors are a nightmare. Management will not address any issues and would rather see the tenant deal with it themselves instead of doing their job and enforcing the rules. Management is lackadaisical and has broken the terms of our lease. We were also quoted one deposit and then at the time of lease the pet deposit was increased without prior notice.
