I filed a claim on July 30th in which my kitchen was inoperable. The whole process has been a nightmare. I’ve reached out to the claims handler, the claims adjuster and I’ve sent emails to my agent. The adjuster called me back days later. But, my agent nor the intake representative has shown any interest in helping me getting this claim resolved. Communication is key.
