Purchased a car from this dealership almost 2 years ago, a Suzuki SX4 S-Cross and what a great experience. No pressured selling, purchased with 6 months warranty, and the car has been brilliant. Having just had the exact opposite experience with my son buying from a different used dealer in Abergavenny, it prompted me to come and leave this review as it can be so difficult to find a trustworthy place to buy used cars from, but I would absolutely buy from here for my next car.

I bought a car from Chris but had a couple of issues which ended up with me returning the car. When I initially encountered the problem Chris responded straight away and made arrangements for the car to be looked at soon as possible. When the problem continued I told him I had lost faith in the car and wanted to return it. Chris explained all of my options making sure I fully understood each one.
